The bonds we’ve developed with our farmers allow us to know where our ingredients come from.
Relationships aren’t made, they’re forged together. We’ve weathered changes in the marketplace and in technology. Each hurdle has been a testament to the very first handshake and all that have followed. Many of our farmers participate in our interest-free Value Chain Financing Scheme which is just one of the ways AgroWays helps them to operate with less risk and less worry. Every AgroWays farmer is like family.

This mill is located in a very small town with a population of just 1,150. But that hasn’t stopped it from becoming known as the largest, cleanest, most technologically advanced oat mill in all of North America.
For nearly 30 years, we have been a growing and consistent employer, offering benefits and advancement opportunities to 150 community members. We also partner with various regional suppliers, universities, and businesses that contribute to Iowa’s economy and our annual Town and Country Days festival (formerly called Oatmeal Days) brings all of the neighboring towns together every summer.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Eden Prairie, MN – just outside of Minneapolis. This location houses much of our executive leadership and provides central administrative and technical support to all of our processing facilities.
